clear cut case of humiliation on the bases of disability. The Wice
Principal is misusing her power and privilege. I'd suggest please
record her discriminatory words deriding your identity and disability
in future on your mobile or in recorder. Please keep in mind that when
you will approach higher authorities complaining against her, they
will solicit evidence and proof. Unfortunately, in the absence of any
proof,your complain would be construed as mere false allegation which
would weaken your case. I'm not sure what 2013 Act on protection from
harassment on the workplace says in your case, however once you'd have
evidences to substantiate your version, you could take recourse
available under the PWD Act 1995 and in other legislations exist in
the country. Wishing you good luck and please don't give up in any

complaint to OCPD under the umbrella of Indian Association Of The Blind.
Mrs. Kanta devi is also similarly victimised. Besides all above
mentioned
miserys, she was not granted CCL when asked from the vice principal.
Now, I want some kind guidance from you in this regard.
