hello friends, as the subject line says, has anyone availed any kind of exemptions while purchasing a new car in tamilnadu? i happened to go through www.enabled.in website in which almost all the govt. G O's are there but not the one stating the exemption of road tax for purchase of new car by differently abled. can somebody help me to obtain the G O. thanks in advance, regards, rajesh parakh
