Dear list members as i have mentioned below regarding universal Id card for the
all purpuses regarding this know descusions are held list members instead of
this Id card that Id card better to have one Universal ID card for all the
purpuses even in railways also. Please discus this matter with ministry of
social justice of india.

in all the states for all purpuses. Then why do we needed special Railway Id
card for disabled person for travelling? it is little confusing.
