Thanks a lot for the great support, I have used the .visible option in my
report and it gave me a proper result. Thanks once again for the help and

Yep, that will work in most cases. But if you use a Watermark or a
background image, or you set the background colour of the section in
code (to give you alternate bands for the Detail, for example) in
which case .Visible is the only approach that will do the job.
And, yes, in the latter case you could control your "non-display"
colour using the same code that you use for the background, but that's
another aspect to maintain (and miss), going forward - which is a bad
idea.
