In
"outlook 2003"
I got a message
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
which did not come up in the past.

It happened when I used Access 2003 to automatically send some emails.

I found a useful program which bypasses the obstruction:
at http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/

The exe would run and be seen in the system tray.

Anyway, I thought that I would mention it plus the web page gives an
example of vba code to make the program be suspended most of the time -
except for when vba code wants it to be active.
