I have a created a form with a button that runs a macro. The macro points to a query which has a prompt in the Criteria: "[Type the desired Provider ID:]". When the user types the desired Provider ID and clicks OK, a Report displays for just that Provider ID.
I need to replace the prompt with a ComboBox. Once the desired Provider ID is selected from the ComboBox, the report should display for the selected Provider ID. I have tried adding a ComboBox to the form and selecting from a subquery containing unique Provider IDs. The report does open, but all Provider IDs display in the report, and is not limited the one selected in the ComboBox. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
