each "page"/"record" (some records are 2 pages in
length) begins:
"Memorial Hospital"
"Patient Name"
"Date of service"
etc.

I believe this can be done, but I do not know how to
un-bind the records and make the single long document
a group of records. Logically, every time a look
encountered the verbage "memorial hospital" a new
record would begin. The second time through, every
time "Patient Name" was encountered, it would be
identified as a field within the table. Same for Date
of Service, and for any other boiler plate text
selected as a field, and found in each and every
record.

I hope this makes sense. I seem to remember a
function to create fields within a group of assorted,
but like records, but I cannot find it in my library.

Thanks,

Jim Clark
