Hey Simon if you look back in the message archives (and/or the files section) I am pretty sure that relatively recently this question was answered although I think the person was asking about putting something into outlook express.
You might want to do a search on the archives for that. Or you can wait until one of those kindly people that are in the know has time in their schedule to reply to the message.
