[Access VBA Central] Bound Forms vs Unbound Forms in Access

I am setting up a form in Access.  This is a single user form that will be
used to add, edit and delete records from the recordset.  Is it better to
use a Bound Form or an Unbound Form?  I am using Access 2002.
