[Access VBA Central] Automate importing text file into Access

Hi,
 
When I use Marco to importing unicode text file into Access, it does 
not work. I can import it using wizard by specifying tab delimiter 
though. This project will be due tomorrow. Any help will be highly 
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
