We do it, we can Import Information in Access from Excel.

To do so, :-
1. Go File-Get External Data-Import.
2. select the source file in excel file format.
3. do some steps in wizard

at last you will get all information in access automatically
now we can make queries nd report of these data.

 The information in the Excel reports includes Personnel Number, Last
 Name, First Name etc., and the hours they worked under specific charge
 codes.  
 
 What are some options for bringing this data into Access?  Can it be done?
