Sir, As far as my knowledge is considered the Original data should be in the original place only then only you will be able to refresh the excel sheet. You can change the location of the MS Access file to a different location if you choose to develop the query for importing data into excel sheet in MS querry. In that case you can modify the query in a notepad to change the path of the original data otherwise it is not possible.
