Hi everybody, I recently had to convert an Access 97 database to the Access 2000 file format. In this database I am frequently filtering for the LAST entry (in design view of query "Show totals", then "Group by" "Last"). After the conversion, in some cases not the last, but an earlier entry is shown. Does anybody in this group know if it is possible to make the information visible that is used to select for the last entry, and if it is possible to (manually) edit/correct it?
