I've inherited a database that is used to issue disciplinary notices for
quality errors.

Errors are assigned points based on the sevierity.

Points are summed.

Summed points are compared to a list of actions that take place at certain
point levels or greater.

End users want some method of being able to see if action has been taken on the
actions.

I can see making a form that they fill out to see if action has been taken on
the current sum of points but am blanking on how to show the multiple levels.

For example, at 10 points, users get a verbal warning and at 16 they get a
written. It's easy to figure the sum and show "written warning" but I'm spacing
on how to show that they should get a verbal at 10 and a written at 16.

Any help?
