[Access VBA Central] access problem

i m working in a college on that there was a department which is having only 
two computer and one is connected with the printer. now the problem is that i 
had accessed the computer from the another computer but there was a massage 
coming that "you are not having sufficiant permision to access this network 
contact your administrator for more information" but i had given full control 
to the shared file
please give me some solution.
