A service I use to do this is Netminder. This service automaticly send
you an
e-mail when a page you specify is altered in any way. This should suit
your
purposes. Check the following sites for info.

I havn't used it in a while, so I don't know how accurate it is.

Yes. Of course you can and the best way I know is with a www4mail server.
Send a message to any one of these servers:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

with help in the body of the message.

Hi every one and Happy new year for all of us!.

I need to use Altavista search engine, that is easy from e-mail. Altavista return a
lot of
information about related URL in a table of index at the end of the search, and only
show the first
items on the list. How can I get the whole list in one message?.

Thank in advance.

Nicky.

HI List members, hi gerry

SO i think webmail @ triest has died or maybe changed the email adress.

You have an incorrect address and you also misspelled "lyrics"
The International Lyrics server search address is:
http://www.lyrics.ch/search.html

You can't. The bitftp mail servers don't support retrieving missing
parts. You have to send the request again and hope to receive all
the parts.

Alternatively, if the file is located on a site that is mirrored,
you may be able to use the ftpmail servers that support the parts
command to retrieve missing parts.
See http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/1236/servers.html
in the section FTPMAIL BY PARTS, MIRRORS

The how to do it part is found in:
http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/1236/howto1.html

Thanks in advance.
