If not, here's how to reveal it. First, pull down the Help menu and choose About Internet Explorer. When the initial animation is complete, just hold down the [Ctrl] key as you click and drag the "e" icon to the left along the line, down onto the globe, and then right into the "Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0" text. Doing so will push the text to the right revealing an Unlock button. I might add here that the cwebmail.exe program is no longer freeware - it's $10 shareware. There's another program called SweetMail (v 1.2) which allows one to download the Hotmail email directories, free at the moment, I think available at http://www.mahesh.com/sweetmail/. I was able to sign up all right using www4mail for this service. BTW, I found this facility while searching through the pages at http://www.botspot.com/ There are a whole lot of bots listed on the pages there, which could potentially amplify the possibilities of working with email. However, checking out each of the bots for usability / email accessiblity is rather tedious... perhaps other people on the list with time and web access can try their hands at it, and post the results here? -- Sriram N. This form allows you to search the database for lists whose name (XYZ-L), host name (LISTSERV.XYZ.EDU) and/or title ("Central America Discussion List") matches your search string. You can search for multiple topics by separating them with a comma. For instance, a search on "opera, classical" will return all the entries containing the word "opera" OR the word "classical". To search for a topic that actually contains a comma, type two commas in a row. Use and Agora or agora like server with the SEND command: send http://www.lsoft.com/scripts/wl.exe?qL=[search phrase]&F=L&F=T If you know the name of a list, like ACCMAIL, you can do this: send http://www.lsoft.com/scripts/wl.exe?qL=accmail&F=L&F=T &F=L means to get the list name (default) &F=T means to get the list title (default) The basic stripped source form looks like: <form action="/scripts/wl.exe"> Look for: <input name="qL" size=30> <input type=checkbox name=F value=L checked>List name <input type=checkbox name=F value=H >Host name <input type=checkbox name=F value=T checked>List title <input type=checkbox name=F value=W >Lists with web archive interface only </form> -- Gerry Boyd -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 16 Jan 1999 13:12:18 -0800 From: "Gerald E.
