May be used with or without a laptop. It's a computer "per se".

You may find an introduction to Global Positioning System at:

and:
  http://galaxy.einet.net/editors/john-beadles/introgps.htm

If you're looking for a trade mark, Garmin is one of the most popular:

See you.

But if I'm not mistaken, Offline Explorer requires you to have an internet connection
(live HTTP) access. Is there any other way
(or software) that will enable you to have exactly same result with email only?

This is because I also want to mirror a site from the internet here in our local
intranet where we have an email only account.

         messages

This is OFFTOPIC for the list so please reply directly to me at
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]".

Seems the Win98 "You're running out of disk space" warning message keeps
popping up every time my C drive drops below 60Meg free.

Is there a way to lower this figure or do away with the messages
entirely?

I wouldn't mind it so much if it was set to a much lower figure of 10 -
25Meg or so.

I've actually had it popup at the most inconvenient times. Often it pops
up during the running or loading of a DOS full screen program and makes
hash of the screen display. Often it even causes the DOS app to crash.

Many (but not all) form submissions can be done by E-mail methods. The
only way to know for sure, is to try it by E-mail. Use a Getweb server
with the "get" URL command. Fill-out the form, and forward back to the
same Getweb server. You may be lucky (:>)
