You can't. I took over the FAQ in January of this year.

If you look at the bottom of this posting or in the digest you will see
how to get the ACCMAIL FAQ.

Or you can do this:

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (for US, Canada & South America)
Enter only this line in the BODY of the note:
   send usenet/news.answers/internet-services/access-via-email

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (for Europe, Asia, etc.)
Enter only this line in the BODY of the note:
   send lis-iis e-access-inet.txt

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: send accmail.faq

You can also get the file by anonymous FTP at one of these sites:

Site: rtfm.mit.edu
   get pub/usenet/news.answers/internet-services/access-via-email
Site: ftp.mailbase.ac.uk
   get pub/lists/lis-iis/files/e-access-inet.txt

You can look at my email only servers listing:
http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/1236/servers.html

The only active servers in Portugal that I know about are are the two
Simtel mirrors:
ftp://ftp.ip.pt/pub/simtelnet/
ftp://ftp.ua.pt/pub/simtelnet/

Dear Patricia:

If you wish a list of the Internet servers located within Portugal, you can
use the AltaVista search engine to do so.
The URL of AltaVista is: http://www.altavista.digital.com/
The latter URL will take you to the page of the search engine that will let
you launch a *simple* query, which is exactly what you want to do.
The appropriate command to put in the simple query box is:

      domain:pt

That's all there is to it!
Best of luck to you.

                                          Sincerely,

                                          Lucian Skyeclathde

I found a "Poppy" macro virus class at DataFellows Virus information
center under the "p" descriptions.
http://www.europe.datafellows.com/v-descs/p.htm

Excerpts:
NAME: Cartman
ALIAS: Poppy, Kenny
Cartman is a Word 97 macro virus similar to Blee.B This virus appeared
in the beginning of January 1998. The virus makes several references to
a TV comic series "South Park" and it's "Kenny" character.
[...]
NAME: Disco
ALIAS: Poppy
W97M/Disco is a fairly simple Word 97 macro virus, and it infects the
"NORMAL.DOT" when an infected document is opened. After that it will
infect every document that is opened.
[...]
NAME: Blee
ALIAS: Poppy.II
This is a simple Word 97 macro virus. The most common variant,
WM/Blee.D was posted to the alt.cracks newsgroup on 25th of December,
1997.
[...]

If this is what you mean, then DataFellows FPROT virus program will
"disinfect" you.
The DOS version is free and the other versions you have to purchase or
fill out a form for trial downloads.

Free DOS version
ftp://info.DataFellows.com/f-prot/free/fp-305.zip
ftp://ftp.DataFellows.com/f-prot/free/fp-305.zip

The download form is at:
http://www.datafellows.com/gallery/anti-virus/download.htm

I'm guessing you mean the setup programs that you download that then
connect to the 'net to finish the installation like IE5setup.exe. If
this is a true guess, then the answer is NO.

IE5 installations, Win98 critical updates, and Netscape updates all
fall into this category. I haven't found a solution to the problem
mainly because they use dynamic web pages so you can't truly point to a
download location.

If somebody is really dying to upgrade something like IE5, maybe I
could upload to my web site. But I really hate to as the files total
18Mb.
