Information given in Binky's status messages is quite enough
here it is
=========================
A new command, SUBJECT will mangle the subjects of URL messages so that the
"http://www"; part does not show up. If you are getting mail filtered by
your server and you don't get the web pages you request, send Binky the
SUBJECT command. Binky will remember this setting for you, so it only needs
to be specified once.

Binky says different. It promises to clear "http://www"; part, but not the
whole subject.
