Not a problem since the pdf can be correctly received if the same request is addressed to the www4mail at Trieste. Just to let you know whether the problem is not included in the case *a)* Error 403 --------- This means either a) the URL is in the Denial List of the www4mail server or b) access to the URL is forbidden to all visitors.
