Need to include block cache's in the sanity check. Should also include the
indexes for open files.
Also, after experimenting with the java in-memory map at the max-size, the
tablet server runs for hours under continuous ingest, but experiences
stop-the-world-gc every few minutes. Eventually, it loses its zookeeper lock.
