Can't build RPM

I cannot get rpm working. I did refactor it, but it refactored it to where I'm
getting the same error in 1.4 and 1.5. I do not know if this is an affect of
developing on OSX (I did install rpmbuild) or a real problem our mvn setup. If
a linux based user can test it and give feedback, that would be excellent. If
it's broken all around, we need to either fix it or purge it.
