Report stuck random walk test

The random walk test framework will log an error if a test node throws an
exception. However if a node just gets stuck nothing will be logged by the
framework. It would be nice if the Random walk test framwork logged an error
when a node takes too long. It can log another message if the operation
eventually continues.
