Billie,I wouldn't be too concerned. The lack of a response is likely tied to the lack of a specific email alias for JIra tickets. I know I see a lot of Jira-related e-mails from accumulo, and it is sometimes difficult to sort through all of that. Regardless I'll give you my +1 (nonbinding). :-)
