Accumulo pulls the zookeeper library from $ZOOKEEPER_HOME, but on ubuntu, this
is the home for a lot of other jar files, some of which conflict with the
accumulo/apache log4j. Change the default and example classpath to pull only
the zookeeper jar from $ZOOKEEPER_HOME.
