Thanks - I added some of the standard information. The report is not
that useful at this early stage, but it can serve as a skeleton for
future ones.
I agree that there's not that much in there right now, but it's best
to get in the groove and start reporting. I published the report today
(and tagged the confluence page with the "submitted" label to reflect
that).
