ok, now, about the ports: ace-32 proposes "platform.properties" files in each
target-dev-* conf folder. This way we have the "ports configuration" next to
all the other configurations.
If you are looking for a more "central" configuration, like one setting per all
"RepositoryServlet" instances in targets, well then we need to rethink a bit.
