UI driven Installation of new Gateway

I just set up some more gateways on different machines in my appartment and
wondered if it wouldn't be cool if upon first start, a UI dialog would pop up
asking for Server URL (maybe discovering some suggestions in background
already) and Gateway ID (suggesting to use hostname).
This "UI" can be a single Swing Dialog.
