Description:
A a result, we need to get all relevant bundles for currently used targets from
the maven build.
So this involves splitting core/gateway/server resources into pretty small
artifacts. By default they are all bundles (maven-bundle-plugin), with the
exception of commonly used libraries (embedded into different bundles)
This step does not necessary align with the exact bundle structure you get from
the ant build.
