I've checked in some changes for this, but I'm not sure of the environment that
the webapp is supposed to live in. Assuming it's a bundle, but there's some
other strangeness that follows if the project type isn't 'war', so it's
probably going to take a few extra steps to get the bundle manifest generated
with the war.
What is the typical deployment container for an OSGi-based webapp?
