Hello,
I would like to build ace latest trunk with maven3. I use the apache
maven repositories from https://repository.apache.org/, but I get this
error:

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.apache.felix
-DartifactId=org.apache.felix.dependencymanager
-Dversion=3.0.0-SNAPSHOT
-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file
Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.apache.felix
-DartifactId=org.apache.felix.dependencymanager
-Dversion=3.0.0-SNAPSHOT -
Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
