Dan, I obtained the source code from here :
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ace/trunk/ I had the bnd and bndUtils issues - but thats when I was building it at work with a Sonar Maven repo in place. When I build it at home I don't encounter those issues. Hope this helps, Mike.
