Hi all, I wonder whether there is time to talk about the group communication security work at the upcoming IETF meeting. Walter and I have re-submitted the draft-tschofenig-ace-group-communication-security-00 draft (which is just a new version of the earlier published draft-somaraju-ace-multicast work) and despite the Ericsson IPR we still think it is worthwhile to chat about what we actually want to accomplish.
At the virtual interim meeting there was some confusion about what was really needed. It is our believe that a symmetric group communication security solution is needed for the low latency requirement in the commercial indoor lighting domain. We want to finally come to a conclusion whether we want to do this in the group. I don't think we would need a lot of time since we don't need to talk about how the detailed solution looks like since we need to get an agreement about the requirements first.
