* Addresses the review from Deb Cooley (thanks!) received during IESG evaluation. * It explicitly points out the possible use of CoAP Observe (RFC 7641) with the resource /ace-group/GROUPNAME/active at the Group Manager. * Aligned with a follow-up from IANA and Esko [1], it updates the suggested values for the registrations in the "CoAP Content-Formats" IANA registry. Obviously, the next step will be to create version -21, addressing the other reviews received during IESG evaluation. Although I don't expect it to be ready in time for the upcoming cut-off deadline, I will be working on version -21 during the next few weeks.
