Hi Patricio

We're already using it for internal projects, and as the foundation for a
commercial webapp that will be released in about three months. Other users
may be able to provide specific sites etc already in production you can go
visit. If reliability is a concern, we've had several releases now and it's
had a reasonable number of downloads:

In terms of the architecture, whilst I'm biased, I haven't found any
show-stoppers yet. Last week for instance I got it working with Jakarta
Slide (WebDAV) in about an hour, even though Slide insists on using its own
security system. By having everything as highly-focused filters and classes,
you can mix and match whatever security capabilities you need for a given
project.

If you have a specific application design you're trying to work through on
the security front, feel free to ask on the list and we'll be happy to help.

Best regards
Ben

Hi all, i´m new to the list.....we´re currently evaluating acegi as
our webapp security framework as we´re developing with Spring. We are new to
both two frameworks, but are very excited about their features/capabilities
:) .
Particularly, finding a security framework that allows to
declaratively manage authorization at object methods level and also by means
of urls effortlessly is great!
Please provide any success stories or sites currently using it.
Your information is indeed VERY MUCH appreciated!

        Thanks in advance,
