I have tried integrating ActiveMQ 3.1 with Acegi 0.9 in Sun Java
Application Server platform Edition 8.1. First, what I encountered was
the common "IncompatibleClassChangeError" which happens when Acegi has
seen an old spring.jar version(pre 1.2.2 release), I know that ActiveMQ
is still using the older Spring version. So simply let ActiveMQ use the
new spring.jar. But after that I got some JCA Resource Adapter problems
when integrating ActiveMQ with Sun App Server. Which I haven't resolved
until now. And I already lost the stack trace. But the scenario can be
easily replicated.

OK, I'm going to go ahead with this. I've made a snap decision to continue
conversation on the ActiveMQ user list. Unless someone tells me otherwise, I
plan on contributing the adapter to the ActiveMQ project rather than the
Acegi project. I've placed some initial thoughts in the ActiveMQ user list
already. As soon as it shows up in gmane, I'll post a link to the thread (as
a response to this message).
