CVS has now been fixed. SF did not run the full scripts that I'd logged
in the original job, but after a restore from backup and then running
the presented scripts CVS is now correct. I've since corrected all the
Java source and XML files to refer to the new package name as per
SEC-104. All unit tests pass and Contacts (Filter) works properly.
If you've made recent changes to CVS, please check they were not lost
when SF restored from backup.
Updating from CVS should now be fine.
