4810T here. installed Jaunty from Live Cd without any problems. (Launch the LCD and THEN installed from with-in)
Problems occured AFTERWARD: Cd-drive stopped auto-mount (or even recognize) After probing around I think the reason was the mounting was SU only! No user. You might whant to check that out.
