I wanted to say the following during AOB, but somehow I missed the moment. We've done an open source Java ACME server implementation:
https://gitlab.com/ID4me/Acme We kind of stopped work at the -09 draft (you guys have been very prolific lately) and not all resources/endpoints/functions are implemented (shortly, we properly deal with accounts and have implemented pre-authorization and DNS challenges because that is all we needed in our project), but it could be a good skeleton to work further towards a full-fledged ACME CA, maybe in an upcoming IETF hackathon.
