Hi ACME WG,

As you saw, and as agreed in the f2f meeting I updated JWTClaimConstraints to a 
WG document.  We did incorporate some simplifications to the narrative of the 
document, but plan to release a -01 to address some of the editorial comments 
brought up in the meeting and in the past on the list sometime in the next few 
weeks and provide an update to the list on the new version, so likely good to 
wait for that for doing any review.
