Hi Tiago,

To answer your questions, I think:

a) The "default" files in the examples/ directory could stay the way it is, both in the source and in the packaging /usr/share/doc/acopost/examples/*/*.

However, given that you mention that they are "default" files rather than "example" files, it might be wise to rename "examples" to "default". What do you think, both of you?

b) The "true" models could stay where they are, in both the source tree and in the packaging/install.

c) The "test" data should probably only be in the source tree and not installed. The reason is that, if I understand the purpose of the test suite correctly, it is meant for build-time testing, not installation and then testing after installation.

Just my two cents.

Best,

Ulrik

I had started to group all resources in the 'resources' dir (should have asked you about this first...), but now that Ulrik was writing a Makefile, putting them in /share/doc/acopost/examples, I am in doubt...

We have three different types of files: 'default' files (essentially, rules for tbt and et, which are hard to write and users would need), 'true' models (such as the Danish pre-1948 by Ulrik and the Italian one by Marco Baroni) and, at least at first, the 'test' models.

Where do you think it is better to put these files? Both in the source code and in the package, when installed.
