I believe this is the same problem as mentioned in
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196907, but for the latest Dell XPS
13, the 9370.
Resuming from suspend often doesn't work, and even when it does, often the
battery has been significantly drained during suspend (eg, overnight, drained
to 50%). The default is s2idle, switching to deep solves it.
