acpidump for SABERTOOTH 990FX BIOS v1604
Stopping unconditional ACPI IRQs clearing during suspend broke shutdown after
hibernation on my Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX, BIOS 1604 :(
The BIOS has a faulty IVRS table so I am booting with ivrs_ioapic[7]=00:14.0
ivrs_ioapic[8]=00:00.1.
