Comment #7 is the ACPI interrupt itself:

As there is nothing else on IRQ9, this means simply
that ACPI events, such as your power button, will not work.

You should be able to work around this failure by booting with
"acpi_sci=high" or "acpi_sci=low"
possibly with
"acpi_sci=edge" or "acpi_sci=level"
your dmesg may tell which, or you can just try them all
and the one that works will give you no dmesg error
and the power button will actually work.
