Have you tried this patch? What are the results?
The patch description says that the reason is broken DSDT. Could you send the
output of 'acpidump' command, it can be found in pmtools here:
http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/lenb/acpi/utils/
Also 'dmesg' output may help.
