We've run into the swizzled _PRT entry issue before
on one of the most broken machines in existence:

We were actually able to convince the BIOS vendor to
fix that BIOS, so we did not check in a kernel workaround.
In retrospect, we should have recognized that if Windows
worked with the bug, that others would have the bug too.
So I think we should implement a kernel workaround.
Now that there is an upstream bug report on this,
we'll work it there:
