Update:
I was wrong, that not acpid change trippoints, but system did it:

acpid stop, change trip points like below:

temperature:             45 C
critical (S5):           105 C

When run openssl speed:

critical (S5):           256 C

critical (S5) change from user 105*c to system default 256*C
