With this option, the kernel panic not founding the rootfs ... It seems like
nv_sata does not get called.

Here is the end of the log :

ACPI: (supports S0 S1 S2 S3 S4 S5)
Time: tsc clocksource has been installed
VFS: Cannot open root device "sda5" or unknown-block (0,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel Panic - not syncing : VFS Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

I don't see any message from the sata system in the log ...
