------- Comment #36 from [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2007-06-20 12:25 ------- As the second patch, this third one did not work. About EEPROM checksum problem, I'm not sure. I guess that a hidden bug in e1000 driver suspend code has just arisen, just when suspend to RAM worked with the patch. Now I'm going to test suspend-to-disk using 'echo disk > /sys/power/state' in the vanilla kernel 2.6.22-rc5-git2. PS: With older kernels (2.6.19 AFAICR) patched with gentoo patchset plus suspend2 I got the laptop suspending to disk and resuming in my daily work, and then I had no problem with e1000. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
